Automotive Customer Specific Requirements (Remote)

Course Description

Live, instructor-led remote training that provides a thorough understanding of the additional quality management requirements from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Participants will gain a detailed understanding of the CSR’s purpose and structure, how they integrate with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 requirements, and methods for applying them within an organization (including how CSRs should be integrated into documents, checklists, records, etc.).

Individuals with responsibility for management, operation, implementation or maintenance of an IATF 16949:2016 QMS.  This includes, but is not limited to:

• Those responsible for implementing an IATF 16949:2016 quality management system within their organization.

Prerequisites

Participants are expected to possess a good working knowledge of the IATF 16949:2016 requirements of automotive quality management systems.
