Our TS16949 certification excludes 7.3 Product Design. I am fine tuning our TS16949 Quality Manual and would like to know if I should state this exclusion under 7.3 (and other references for product design) or if I should delete the references entirely.

While you can exclude 7.3 Product Design, the entire requirement for 7.3 cannot be excluded because there are at least 3 sections in 7.3 that are for manufacturing process design – which everyone must include. Hope this helps!
