Implementing ISO 9001:2015 (Remote)

Course Description

Live, instructor-led remote training that provides a more in-depth review of the main concepts that need to be addressed during implementation of an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, as well as a detailed walk-through of the steps to effective implementation.

Who Should Take It

Individuals with responsibility for implementation of an ISO 9001:2015 QMS, or those who will be assisting with the implementation process.  This includes, but is not limited to:

• Those responsible for implementing their organization’s QMS to meet the ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Senior Management
• ISO Coordinators, Quality Managers & Management Representatives
• Members of the Quality Team and/or Internal Audit Team
• ISO 9001 Auditors, Quality Professionals and Consultants

• Risk-based thinking and the systematic consideration of risk.
• Sections and clauses of the ISO 9001:2015 standard that refer to risk.
• SWOT Analysis and FMEA as risk identification and management tools.
• ISO 9001:2015 requirements for documented information.
• The concept of ‘Leadership’ and how top management must demonstrate commitment.
• Planning your ISO 9001:2015 implementation project.
• Using the Gap Analysis as an implementation tool.
• Establishing and training your implementation team.
• Identifying processes, risk and controls.
• Tips and tricks for a successful implementation.
• 10  building blocks for a ‘Quality Culture’.

Prerequisites

This is an introductory course and no prerequisite training is required.  However, participants will benefit from previous training on the specific requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
